The Vulcan safety rods increase the safety and functionality of your rig or power rack. These attachments are an excellent safety measure for when a “spotter” is not readily available. They also provide a reliable means to execute certain barbell movements, such as rack pulls or segmented lifts. The Vulcan safety rods are solid steel and fit the Vulcan 3x3” rigs and certain Vulcan Power Racks only with 1” accessory holes. Sold in pairs.
