The Olympic Adjustable Squat Stands are an excellent portable option for your strength training needs. The stands may be placed any distance apart to accommodate workout space and body frame. The adjustable squat stand is very easy to store. Each stand base is 24.5" x 23.5" and features heavy-duty rubber pads to protect flooring and ensure stability with use. The upright adjusts up to 70" and each J-hook and safety spotter arm has UHMW to protect barbell knurling. Can be used for Bench Pressing, Shoulder/Military Press, Squats etc.
